Beach and Outdoor Training is the fun and exciting way to get fit whilst making the most of Marbella’s fabulous weather and stunning scenery. Classes take place in the wonderful setting of either Marbella or San Pedro beach and are a great way to work out whilst enjoying yourself. Whether you’re after a one-to-one training session, an inspiring running partner or whether you’d like to join (or create your own) group training class, Dominic James will help you to attain your goals and reach your targets.
The group training sessions are a fantastic way to meet new people, socialise and really enjoy a rigorous work out in the outdoors, enjoying the sights and delights of the beach and the fresh sea air. Classes can be coordinated to suit your work and life commitments as well as your personal fitness goals, and Dominic will encourage and inspire you until you’re really enjoying training!
Circuit training classes last between 45 minutes to an hour and involve sandbags, kettlebells, boxing and plenty of fun exercises from star jumps to sit-ups. These short bursts of intense energy focusing on one particular part of the body at a time are a fabulous way to do cardio exercise without getting bored. Unlike running or cycling, Dominic will move you swiftly from one exercise to the next, encouraging you along the way.
The improvements to your cardio and general health, as well as the physical changes to your body, are noticeable very quickly, and with Dominic’s helpful suggestions regarding diet and lifestyle, you can make those changes permanent.
