Dominic uses the latest training and fitness techniques to keep his clients motivated at all times so they can reach their goals. Dominic has trained a variety of clients ranging form overweight teenagers, to company directors, Hollywood personalities and royalty.
Dominic is an ex-international sportsperson having represented his country in cycling and skiing (alpine). He currently spends his spare time competing in IRONMAN triathlon, throughout Europe and America. Dominic holds a premier fitness qualification which is highly recognized qualification. Within the fitness industry. He also holds a massage therapist , first aid, and lifestyle qualficition . Recently he has added a ski instructors (BASI 3 British Association of Snowsport Instructors.
